Return & Exchange
1. Conditions of return
(1) Return period: All returns must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the order; replacements must be made within 1 year of receipt of the order.
(2) Applicable circumstances for return and exchange:
Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:
– New, unused and in original condition;
–The problem of replacing the product is not man-made damage;
– Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.
– Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
2. The return process
Step 1: You must first contact us providing us with the order number and reason for the return/exchange with our contact form. we will process the return application within 48 hours and reply to the processing result
Step 2: After the customer receives the response of the processing result, send it back and tell us the tracking number
Step 3 (if exchange): After receives return goods, we will re-ship and update the tracking number

4. Shipping fee for return
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as BatcaveOutdoors are not held responsible for any lost returns.
